Google My Business Support 2022 some of the issues we have witnessed.  Is your Google My Business listing suspended?  Called support to be sent in a loop that seems like your lost in a maze that ends with a support team saying read the guidelines.

Sick of hearing I am sorry Sir/Mam there is nothing more we can do, re-read the guidelines!  The supervisor is too busy, we can’t transfer you to the survey.  Our supervisors will tell you the same thing!

Unfortunately, legitimate business listings have fallen into this deep dark pit of doom that feels like we are time traveling back to 2012!  We have dealt with this before and it was very similar you can read about it on Mike Blumenthal’s Blog.

Dealing with Google My Support in 2022 can be super aggravating!  I was talking to Kapeem his name has not been changed because I want Kapeem to know how rude, unprofessional, and represents Google in a way would get most employees fired!

It all started out with a client’s listing being suspended, we reviewed his listings and found that the guideline they felt he violated was a mistake on their end which I explained and we even rectified the issue to be certain he was in compliance.

Kapeem says re-read the guidelines, we have escalated the problem and the next team will review.  I exclaimed so it’s gone to another team to look at into re-instating the listing?
